The Senior Manager, Recruitment Enablement leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of key programs that drive talent attraction, hiring efficiency, and recruiter effectiveness. This role is responsible for designing scalable enablement solutions across the recruitment lifecycle, including event strategy and execution, talent intelligence, reporting and forecasting, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. This leader partners closely with Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, HR Technology, People Business Partners (PBPs), and Culture teams to deliver a seamless, data-driven, and candidate-centric hiring experience that supports organizational growth. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. • Drive enterprise programs that elevate recruiter effectiveness, hiring manager experience, and operational consistency, • Build frameworks, tools, and playbooks that support global recruiting teams and standardize best practices, • Streamline workflows, reduce time‑to‑hire, and enhance candidate experience through innovation and continuous improvement, • Lead enterprise‑wide attraction strategies aligned to workforce planning and hiring priorities, • Oversee hiring events, industry engagements, and culture activations that deliver measurable hiring outcomes, • Manage dashboards, insights, and reporting cadences that inform leadership decisions, • Collaborate with People Analytics to ensure data consistency, integrity, and actionable insights, • Lead demand planning, pipeline analysis, and progress tracking against hiring goals, • Convert analytics into strategic recommendations for senior leadership, • Serve as a liaison across People Analytics, HR Technology, PBPs, and Culture teams to ensure alignment with broader People and business strategies, • Build, coach, and inspire a high‑performing recruitment enablement team, • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent years of experience., • 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment Operations/Enablement, • Proven experience leading large-scale talent attraction strategies and recruitment programs, • Strong expertise in reporting, analytics, and workforce forecasting, • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders, • Experience with HR systems and tools, • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience • Experience in enterprise or high-volume hiring environments, • Background in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or candidate experience design, • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau, • Experience building global or multi-regional recruitment strategies, • Experience in managing and working within an RPO environment, • Prior SuccessFactors experience Skills, Licenses & Certifications • Ability to design, execute, and evolve data informed recruitment strategies, manage end to end recruiting programs, and translate business priorities into scalable hiring plans that support both short and long term workforce needs., • Expertise in developing and optimizing talent attraction strategies, including campus programs, branding initiatives, and recruiting events, with a focus on driving candidate engagement, diversity of pipelines, and hiring outcomes., • Strong proficiency in leveraging recruiting data, dashboards, and market insights to inform strategy, track performance, identify trends, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior leaders., • Proven ability to partner effectively with Talent Acquisition, HR, Business Leaders, Marketing, and Finance to align recruiting efforts with organizational goals and ensure seamless execution across teams., • Experience leading, coaching, and developing high performing teams, setting clear expectations, fostering accountability, and building capability through feedback, mentorship, and continuous improvement., • Demonstrated skill in influencing and advising leaders at multiple levels, effectively communicating insights, recommendations, and tradeoffs, and building strong relationships grounded in trust and credibility., • Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
