The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the manufacturing or industrial facility, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. This role involves managing a team of workers, coordinating activities across departments, and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity and operational effectiveness. The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to company policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is a non-union role. The Operations Supervisor role requires flexibility in working hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate. Position Summary: \n The Level 1 Fabricator Supports the fabrication of structural steel components including beams, columns, and plates in a production shop environment.
