This posting is specifically for individuals who would love to teach the game of TENNIS to KIDS. We are looking for responsible individuals who are passionate about teaching kids. TGA uses youth sports as the vehicle to teach kids ages 5-14 a skill, while incorporating education, character development, and proper etiquette. We do it in the comfort of their own school or community. We do all this while making FUN and SAFETY our two top priorities. Coaches can work 1 day per week all the way to 7 days per week, getting 2-5 hours per day during the school year and up to 6+ hours during the summer. We are looking for both lead and assistant coaches. Coaches must be at least 16 years of age. We train all staff on the TGA curriculum, so extensive coaching experience is not required. We have programs year round and work with coaches' flexible schedules. We have programs all over Northern Westchester, and will do our best to schedule you close by where you would be driving from. We will compensate for travel if we ask you to drive more then 10 miles to a location. Supervised directly by the principal, the AP of STEM ensures continuity of instructional practice and fidelity to the curriculum by providing coaching and support in adaptation to meet the needs of a particular cohort. The AP assists the principal in the planning and execution of key academic and cultural initiatives and programming, with a focus on STEM. This seasonal, part-time assistant will be the main representative for the Marketing team onsite at citywide shows for our SummerStage festival at parks across the five boroughs. This role will lead our marketing responsibilities during citywide SummerStage events and will support the Marketing department in various outreach activities. The Citywide Marketing Assistant will be supported by summer interns and will manage intern responsibilities at events. This role is an opportunity to work on diverse projects with massive New York City exposure. This position requires live event and production experience with a proactive and can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving proficiency, management experience, and the ability to work independently outside on nights and weekends throughout the five boroughs.
