We have nine different products in Costco, and usually five on the table. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm — you get credit for whatever sells that day. The table weighs approximately 20 pounds. Qualifications (Must Have) * Bachelors in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering * 3~5 years of professional experience in Industrial Design, Toy Design, or equivalent * Skilled in sketching and illustration * Ability to prove ideas out through sketch, breadboard, or 3d model * Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and 2D computer programs * Strong written and verbal communications skills * Knowledge of 3D CAD (Alias, Rhino 3D is a plus) * Knowledge of material and manufacturing process for soft goods and plastics * Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment * Ability to project manage Qualifications (Nice to Have) * A solutions-oriented, can-do attitude, a passion for variety, and adept at juggling multiple tasks and programs at once without losing sight of crucial details * Ability to adapt and learn in a fast pace environment by understanding complex brands and overlapping priorities and making decisions appropriately * Ability to navigate within a complex corporate structure * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to balance creative excellence, project efficiency, and effective methods of production * Ideal candidates will exhibit interest and knowledge of the current trends. Understanding features and play patterns in the toy industry is a plus.
