The Mobile Mammography Modality Specialist for MobileMammo NW, operated by TRA Medical Imaging, serves as the primary clinical and technical authority for the organization’s clinical mobile breast imaging program, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality mammography services within a mobile clinic environment across South Puget Sound and surrounding communities. This role is responsible for performing advanced screening mammography while overseeing the technical integrity and operational performance of the mobile unit, ensuring strict adherence to MQSA, ACR, FDA, and Washington State regulatory requirements. The Modality Specialist maintains accountability for imaging quality, patient safety, radiation protection, infection control, equipment functionality, and documentation compliance in alignment with MobileMammo NW standards and TRA Medical Imaging policies. Operating in a dynamic mobile setting, this position ensures the unit remains inspection-ready at all times, manages quality control protocols, supports mobile workflow efficiency, and ensures proper setup, calibration, and maintenance of mammography equipment at each service location.
