Job Description SUMMARY We are looking for a professional food service manager to be responsible for managing all operations inside of our state of the art supermarkets. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all orders, staff and financial results. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Job DescriptionDescription: Position Summary Working with commercial chain accounts, this position is responsible for the maintenance of grease traps typically located inside restaurants and supermarkets. Responsibilities include locating and uncovering traps in various areas, diagnosing any problems, pumping grease out, and ensuring traps are fully operational.
