Job Description Analyst, HR Operations (HRIS Analyst) Job Description • Location: Hybrid (New York, NY – Onsite 2–3 days/week), • Pay Rate: $55.85/hr (W2)About the Role:, • A global media and entertainment company is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HRIS Analyst to support its global Oracle HCM implementation and HR operational initiatives. This position plays a key role in aligning HR requirements across multiple countries to drive global standardization and compliance while supporting implementation and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities:, • Collaborate on global HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance requirements to ensure scalable, consistent, and locally responsive Oracle HCM solutions., • Lead and support implementation activities across international markets including system testing, data validation, and configuration documentation., • Conduct cross-country business requirement gathering and standardization, balancing local compliance with global process alignment., • Work with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and IT teams to identify process improvements and configure system workflows., • Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and alignment with governance standards., • Build dashboards, analytics, and reports using Oracle tools and Excel to support data-driven decisions., • Coordinate project activities such as meetings, calendars, and tracking deliverables., • Support change management, user readiness, and adoption across global teams., • Partner with data management teams for mass data loads and ensure compliance. Required Qualifications:, • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field., • 3–4 years of experience in HRIS administration, HCM system implementation, or HR analytics in a global environment., • Direct experience with Oracle HCM Cloud—Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor., • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)., • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills with global stakeholder alignment experience., • Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment across time zones. Preferred Qualifications:, • Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools., • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana)., • Exposure to HR analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
