The Account Management team plays a key role in building and optimizing our partnerships with leading travel insurance supply partners. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the operational success of these partnerships—ensuring seamless execution across systems, processes, and cross-functional collaboration. In This Role, You Will: • Manage and strengthen relationships with insurance supply partners, supporting day-to-day operations and issue resolution., • Serve as liaison between operations and leadership, summarizing key updates, challenges, and action items across teams., • Oversee financial reconciliation, including booking data, payments, and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies., • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Accounting and Finance to address reconciliation and operational issues., • Support supplier onboarding, including setting up entities and payment systems., • Troubleshoot technical, connectivity, and compliance issues in partnership with supply, product, tech, and customer service teams., • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., NPS, attach rate, claims, profitability) to optimize partner performance., • Drive process improvements, including automation, SOPs, SLAs, and performance dashboards., • Stay informed on industry trends and support global regulatory and compliance operations., • Analyze and manipulate large data sets and draw actionable conclusions, • Assist with licensing, reporting, and compliance requirements from various insurance regulators around the world Experience and Qualifications: • A strong problem solver with excellent analytical skills and a bias for using data to drive decision making, • Have strong attention to detail and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves, • Are an excellent communicator with strong organization / prioritization skills, • Comfortable with high pressure situations and ambiguity, • Have a bias to action with a voracious get-it-done attitude, • Have 0-2 years relevant work experience in an operations or analyst role, ideally in travel consumer, insurtech, fintech, consulting, or insurance environment, • Expert user of Excel and PowerPoint and other business tools The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $64,500.00 to $90,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $103,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
