JOB SUMMARY: The prep cook / dishwasher works closely with the Executive Sous Chef to ensure kitchen cleanliness and the on-time production of food. This position helps to support meal production and event catering while at the same time being a professional role model to our students. The ideal candidate possesses effective communication skills to ensure the successful daily operation of the kitchen.
