This role focuses on delivering engaging, structured daytime instruction that prepares students for success on high school equivalency exams while building academic confidence, foundational skills, and readiness for next-step training or employment. The Lead Instructor provides instructional leadership, curriculum alignment, and mentorship while fostering a supportive, structured, and motivating learning environment that promotes persistence and completion.
