Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a teacher, nanny, daycare, coach, youth leader, camp leader, etc.), and genuinely loves children. Instructors guide caregivers and children through fun, age-appropriate soccer, lead sing-alongs, and movement activities that support early physical, cognitive, and social development. Using imagery-based lessons, original music, and playful themes (including puppet friends Mimi & Pepe), instructors help toddlers build balance, coordination, motor skills, and early pre-soccer abilities such as running and kicking. Coaches create a warm, supportive environment that encourages caregiver participation, positive reinforcement, and meaningful parent-child interaction while fostering early social skills like sharing and communication.
