Job DescriptionRegal Staffing Services is now hiring Automation Technicians in Arlington, TX (76011)! Are you passionate about technology, automation, and quality? Join our customer team as an Automation Technician, where you’ll play a vital role in improving and automating manufacturing processes. Pay Rate: Starting at $20+/hour (based on experience)Available Shifts: • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AMEssential Duties and Responsibilities, • Isolate, replicate, and report defects to software teams., • Design, program, configure, and test automated machinery and processes., • Implement process improvements with measurable results in cost savings, efficiency, or quality., • Integrate new equipment into existing systems., • Provide technical support, training, and direction to team members., • Assist with developing internal training programs and ROI evaluations., • Verify accuracy of energy monitoring, reporting, and calibration., • Prepare reports summarizing automation performance and trends., • Maintain stock levels of repair and replacement parts., • Support internal and external customers with technical issues., • Lead audits to identify opportunities for increased automation., • Develop and execute performance test scripts and automation pipelines., • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with GMPs and safety standards.Required Skills, • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related field., • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications., • Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel., • Experience with schematics and CAD design., • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills., • Skilled in scripting, test automation, and writing technical protocols.Experience, • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)., • Experience with PLCs, Agile methodology, HMIs, APIs, and SQL systems., • Familiarity with Python, SCADA, C, JAVA, and cloud-based software systems.How To Apply:, • If you have any questions, please contact us at 817-622-0962.
