Job DescriptionSaturna Capital is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to support the Sales team in the northeast. This position is responsible for generating sales of Saturna Capital-affiliated mutual funds by marketing to the American Muslim Community, providing financial planning, and offering separate accounts. Location: Remote position/ East Coast territory/ Travel required Expected Starting salary range: $75,000 – $95,000 annual base wage Full range (with tenure): $75,000 - $125,000 annual base wage Primary duties include: • Manage territory and generate sales to meet objectives, • Determine key relationships and develop a plan to increase client AUM, • Cross-sell Saturna services including retirement plans and trust services, • Attend multiple weekend conferences throughout the year, • Present technical product knowledge in an innovative way, • Leverage CRM insights through HubSpot, • Sales background required in mutual funds, separate accounts, or other financial industry products, • Thorough understanding of values-based and sustainable investing strategies and products, • FINRA SIE Exam, Series 7 and 66 licenses; existing holder of licenses or pass within six months of employment, • Must be available for extensive travel and weekend work, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Excellent presentation skills and closing skills, • Bachelor’s degree in finance or other related field, • 100% company-paid medical premium for employees; High-deductible plan offers full family coverage at no cost to employee, • Health Savings Account with employer contribution, Employee Assistance Program, regular Wellness activities, • Supplemental insurance such as Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Life, Critical Illness, • 401k with generous match, • Profit sharing and annual performance bonuses, • 11 personal and 10 vacation paid days off after first year of service, • 10 paid holidays (per NYSE holiday schedule), • Paid Parental and Bereavement leaves, • Up to $2,000 per month in childcare/tuition assistance, • Adult continuing education and professional development assistance We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-free Workplace.
