    What You'll Do: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and inform content strategies. Perform technical SEO audits, identify issues, and provide actionable recommendations for website optimization (e.g., crawlability, indexability, site speed, schema markup). Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc., to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Monitor and report on key SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions, etc.) to track progress and demonstrate ROI to clients. Develop and implement on-page SEO recommendations, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and content optimization. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the organic search landscape. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content development. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Assist in the development of detailed SEO strategies and roadmaps for clients. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding SEO performance and recommendations. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in an SEO-focused role, preferably within an agency environment. Strong understanding of SEO principles, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other relevant SEO platforms are a plus. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO is a plus. Comfortable and effective working in a very fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
