    Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Ensures all new hires are trained and qualified to operate company vehicles in the catering process according to GGI and Airline requirements, • Monitors ramp safety on a shift basis, • Ensures all safety books are up to date according to policy, • Ensures CSR’s and CSA’s have up to date AOA badges and renewals in a timely manner, • Conducts recurrent training, • Ensures compliance to DOT requirements (if applicable), • Monitors safety in the building for compliance, • Assists in investigations, • Ensures Motor Vehicle Reports are obtained and reviewed for compliance, • Ability to work various shifts and days Qualifications Education: • High school diploma/GED required Work Experience: • In-Flight catering experience as a CSR, or six (6) months safety experience in a transportation company Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration) • Valid Driver’s Licenses (CDL if applicable), • AOA Security Badge. This position is responsible for servicing, repairing, adjusting, and installing commercial doors, locks, door closers, exit devices, and related architectural hardware throughout New York City. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial doors and hardware, locksmithing, construction trades, carpentry, maintenance, and enjoys troubleshooting problems in the field. Has the ability to carry heavy tool bags, hardware and doors and can travel on Mass Transit. Candidates with 3 + locksmith experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Commercial Door & Hardware Service: Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust commercial doors and hardware.     FIA Balloons is a luxury balloon décor and event design company based in New York City, creating custom installations for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and brand collaborations. We're a small, founder-led team building something people genuinely love and we're looking for a reliable, creative contractor to help with balloon production and craft work, primarily in our Midtown office, with occasional on-site event work. This role is mostly based in our workspace — inflating hellium balloons, building balloon garlands, arches, and installations for events — with occasional on-site work when a job requires setup at the venue itself. You'll be offered jobs as they come up and can accept based on your own availability.
