The Clinical Nurse reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and is responsible for coordinating and delivering care using the nursing process, consistent with professional standards and organizational policies. This role supports home health services serving patients in the community. Patient Care & Clinical Practice • Deliver competent nursing care for acute and chronically ill patients, • Perform comprehensive patient assessments (physical, psychosocial, educational, safety), • Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care, • Conduct bedside point-of-care testing as required, • Prioritize and manage complex patient care needs, • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, • Promote continuity of care through effective communication, • Address cultural and ethnic considerations in care planning, • Identify personal learning needs and participate in education programs, • Utilize appropriate patient education materials, • Assess readiness to learn and adapt teaching strategies accordingly, • Contribute to unit goals and performance improvement initiatives, • Promote a safe, clean, and secure care environment, • Support cost-effective care delivery, • Nursing Diploma OR, • Minimum two (2) year of nursing experience caring for acute and chronically ill patients, • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina, • BLS Certification, • Valid Driver’s License, • BSN or MSN from an accredited School of Nursing, • 40 hours per week | 5 days per week, • 2 weekend days per month (1 Saturday, 1 Sunday), • Must be available to work holidays as needed (including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day), • No routine on-call requirement, • Job Category: Clinical – Nursing, • Job Code: Nursing: RN – Home Health, • HR Job Code: 5066 – Clinical Nurse-HH, • Interview Type: Client Offer, • H-1B Sponsorship: Not available, • Subcontracting: Not permitted, • Serve patients directly in their homes and community, • Work with a respected North Carolina healthcare system, • Competitive bill rates, • Structured day shift schedule Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
