Provides project setup support in the preparation of CAD and Revit drawings and project floor plans as well as basic adjustments to existing designs in the form of added redlines, schedules, and title blocks. Provides production support and organization for the team and the projects. Key Responsibilities: • Provide a visual QAQC of the entire set of plans including but not limited to: Sheet numbering style: fonts, north arrow correctness & matching styles, sheet titles and title block are uniform and match architectural sheets, PDF’s plot in correct sheet limits, PDF’s utilize correct line types (CTB), scales of plans are accurate, etc., • Work with studio head/PM to coordinate expected delivery dates, times and title block information, • Accurately distribute and track deadlines, RFI’s, plan changes and ship drawings, • Assist team in setting up book specifications including fonts, headers, footers, legends, editing markups and delivery of documents, • Accurately and timely sets up engineering sheets for assigned projects., • Accurately and timely updates title blocks, floor plans, CAD drawings, and Revit Models in accordance with required specifications and project parameters., • Accurately and timely plots, stamps and prepares documents to be sent to client after thoroughly examining documents for completion and neatness., • Assists Engineers with project parameters for assigned Engineering projects., • Accurately and timely write and send proposals when clients send an RFP., • Actively participates in weekly studio meetings to ensure proper cross function coordination., • Knowledge of Engineering drafting standards & symbols, • A High School Diploma required, with a 2-year degree, • 1 to 3 years of AutoCad or Higher experience, • 1 to 3 years of Revit or Higher experience, • Excellent verbal and written skills, • Excellent Organizational Skills and proven attention to detail Equal Employment Opportunity: It is the policy of RTM Engineering Consultants to practice a program of equal employment opportunity, and advancement opportunities are made available to all employees on the basis of individual qualifications without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, disability, age or gender. Job DescriptionAccounting Specialist - Bill Glass Ministries Accounting Specialist Bill Glass Behind the Walls Duncanville, Texas, United States Job Description: Purpose: Performs assigned duties within the Finance Department to support the goals of the department and the efficient functioning of the ministry. Works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure that essential tasks are completed accurately and within the required time frames. Major Duties and Responsibilities: • Performs accounts payable functions including entry of invoices, recording of EFT payments and credit card charges, and generation of checks for invoice payment., • Opens the mail and performs periodic deposits of donations received consistent with standard procedures., • Imports and records revenue entries in the general ledger and performs monthly reconciliation to donor database., • Distributes monthly credit card charges to employees to assist with completion of expense reports., • Performs monthly reconciliations of bank statements, credit card statements and balance sheet accounts., • Records cost of merchandise sold based on monthly activity reports., • Summarizes donated expenses for each event and completes related journal entries., • Completes journal entries for various event-related activities, general accruals, and amortizations to record monthly activities., • Assists with event budgets and post-event budget vs actual reports., • Assists the Director of Operations with preparation of the annual budget and with annual audit requirements, as needed., • Two to five years of similar experience with accounts payable, receivable and general ledger functions., • Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative., • Excellent written and oral communication skills., • Part-time, onsite., • Work in a general office environment., • Minimal travel required
