This role supports both outpatient and emergency department imaging and requires experience with adult and pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing CT scans, general radiography, starting IVs, administering contrast media, and working in fast-paced imaging environments. Schedule • Shift: Evenings, • Hours: 4 x 8-hour shifts, • Days: Monday – Thursday, • Shift Time: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, • Contract Length: 13 weeksKey Responsibilities, • Perform CT diagnostic imaging procedures including head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and spine, • Perform general X-Ray imaging as needed, • Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain exams, • Start peripheral IVs (approximately 8–9 per day), • Administer contrast media safely and according to protocols, • Utilize PACS and Epic systems for documentation and imaging workflows, • Perform post-processing including 3D rendering and multiplanar reconstruction, • Ensure compliance with radiation safety and infection control protocols, • Assist in Code Stroke and emergency imaging proceduresImaging Procedures PerformedCT Imaging, • Abdomen & Pelvis, • Chest and vascular CTAs, • Head and neck imaging, • Brain perfusion, • Spine imaging, • Cardiac CT (calcium scoring, pulmonary vein CT)X-Ray Procedures, • Extremities, • Chest and thorax, • Abdomen/GI, • Spine and pelvis, • Musculoskeletal imaging, • Upper and lower extremitiesEquipment, • Siemens CT scanners, • PACS imaging system, • Epic EMR, • Samsung X-Ray equipment preferredPatient Population, • Pediatrics (including infants), • Adolescents, • Adults, • GeriatricsRequired QualificationsExperience, • Minimum 2 years CT experience, • Experience in outpatient and emergency department imaging, • Ability to perform both CT and X-Ray exams, • First-time travelers acceptedCertifications, • ARRT (CT) – Required, • ARRT (R) – Required, • BLS CertificationRequired Skills, • IV insertion and venipuncture, • Contrast administration, • CT angiography procedures, • Radiation safety, • Code stroke imaging protocolsAdditional Requirements, • EPIC experience required, • Siemens CT experience required, • Candidates must be comfortable working with adult and pediatric patients, • Weekly pay, • Medical benefits
