Job Description We are seeking a Product Success Manager to own the performance, health, and market fit of products across our brands after launch. This role focuses on ensuring products succeed in the real world across retailers, marketplaces, and consumers by continuously evaluating performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving improvements across packaging, positioning, pricing, content, and placement. The Product Success Manager serves as the internal voice of the product after launch, translating real market data, customer feedback, and competitive insights into actions that strengthen product performance and guide ongoing product improvements. Responsibilities • Own post launch evaluation of products across channels including retail, Amazon, direct to consumer, and international markets where applicable, • Monitor product performance using sales trends, returns, defect trends, warranty claims, and customer sentiment to identify risks and opportunities, • Analyze ratings, reviews, Q&A, and customer feedback to identify recurring complaints, usability issues, and feature gaps, • Partner with Product Development and Customer Experience teams to prioritize fixes, enhancements, and messaging updates, • Conduct competitive and marketplace analysis to evaluate pricing, feature parity, positioning, and category trends, • Identify opportunities to improve product differentiation through positioning, claims, bundles, accessories, or product updates, • Evaluate packaging effectiveness, messaging clarity, and shelf impact, and collaborate with creative and compliance teams on improvements, • Monitor how products are merchandised across retailer product pages and physical shelves to ensure accurate representation and strong positioning, • Review performance by retailer and channel and provide insights to Sales and Ecommerce teams on opportunities or issues, • Build reporting and dashboards to track product health and present insights and recommendations to leadership to inform refresh cycles and product decisions Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in product management, category management, brand management, ecommerce, or consumer insights, preferably within consumer products or consumer electronics, • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and customer feedback into actionable product improvements, • Familiarity with Amazon marketplaces, big box retail environments, and consumer review ecosystems, • Experience working cross functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams, • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly share insights and recommendations, • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and driving outcomes with a high level of ownership, • Experience with consumer products, small appliances, kitchen products, or connected devices is preferred
