Must have 18 months total Power Plant experience., • 6 months performing plant operational duties as an ACTIVE licensed reactor operator at a comparable nuclear facility or 12 months experience at a non-comparable commercial power reactor operator facility. Comparable is PWR to PWR or BWR to BWR, and non-comparable is PWR to BWR or BWR to PWR. Must have 18 months total Power Plant experience., • 18 months in position equivalent to the reactor operator position at a miliary Navy Reactor (qualified to manipulate or direct the manipulation of control rods. Job Description The Regional Manager ensures the safe, productive, day-to-day onsite operations of utility-scale solar PV plants in a designated region. The manager is responsible for a team of local O&M field service technicians, ensuring the highest levels of performance, reliability, and compliance with all safety and environmental standards to ensure peak productivity. What You'll Do: • Uphold a high level of safety standards in everything that you do., • Work with Remote Operations Center and Engineering Teams to coordinate dispatch and real-time repairs., • Manage a team of technicians and coordinate daily planning of work and technical assistance., • Perform occasional field site visits to solar facilities in region to assist technicians with routine maintenance, inspections, testing, equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and overseeing Subcontractors performing work. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee the full lifecycle of commercial installation projects. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from scope development and contracting to engineering, construction, and project close-out/commissioning, ensuring alignment with stakeholder commitments and company financial goals. You will report directly to the Manager of Commercial Project Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience and a solid understanding of the solar industry. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Direct and manage all project personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers from initial planning through to project close-out. Ensure seamless coordination and execution of project phases. Quality Control & Progress Reporting: Schedule and conduct site inspections to monitor quality and progress before, during, and after construction. Provide detailed progress reports and address any issues promptly. Performance Tracking: Track and measure project progress, timelines, and milestones against established plans and budgets.
