Job Summary The E-Commerce Account and Growth Manager will play a central role in developing and executing innovative advertising strategies to fuel the growth and profitability of our e-commerce channels, with special emphasis on Amazon. This role demands a results-oriented individual who excels in leveraging advertising, PPC, and promotional campaigns to maximize ROI, boost sales, and achieve sustainable profit margins. You will be responsible for ongoing management of account health, inventory, and listing optimization, but your greatest focus will be on driving measurable growth and profitability through data-driven, creative advertising initiatives across all platforms, ensuring our housewares products achieve top visibility and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities • Amazon Account Management: Oversee all aspects of our Amazon account, including daily monitoring of account health metrics, performance notifications, A-to-Z claims, and case logs to ensure compliance and operational excellence., • Sales & Performance Analysis: Analyze daily and weekly sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide leadership with comprehensive reports on sales volume, revenue, and other key performance indicators on an ASIN level., • Listing Optimization: Continuously optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords to improve search visibility and conversion rates. Manage and update A+ Content and Brand Storefronts to enhance the customer shopping experience., • Advertising Strategy & PPC Management: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of data-driven advertising strategies to maximize profitability across all e-commerce channels. Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns with a strong focus on return on ad spend (ROAS), cost-efficiency, and achieving sales targets. Analyze ad performance by monitoring metrics like CTR and CPC, adjusting budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROI. Test creative approaches and implement dynamic promotional tactics to accelerate sales growth. Collaborate with leadership to align advertising investments with company objectives and deliver clear, actionable insights on campaign profitability., • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels across all e-commerce platforms to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels for daily sales and upcoming promotions., • Strategic Growth: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities. Develop and implement strategies for product launches, seasonal promotions, and market expansion., • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure a cohesive and effective e-commerce strategy. Cultivate relationships with e-commerce retail partners to improve product placement and visibility., • Financial Reconciliation: Assist in auditing monthly financial statements, reviewing Amazon fees, and managing the reimbursement process for discrepancies, lost/damaged inventory, and other claims., • Customer Feedback Analysis: Monitor and analyze customer reviews, questions, and feedback to identify product improvement opportunities and address recurring issues, working with relevant teams to enhance customer satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills, • Minimum of 3 years' experience in e-commerce management with a proven track record of driving sales growth on Amazon and other major online retail platforms., • A competitive salary, • The opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing brand., • A collaborative and supportive work environment., • Opportunities for professional development and growth., • Expertise in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, with in-depth knowledge of its tools, SOPs, and best practices., • Familiarity with e-commerce operations and growth strategies, including additional platforms such as Walmart and Target., • Comprehensive understanding of the Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central ecosystems., • Proficient in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns using a data-driven, results-oriented approach., • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights., • Hands-on experience with inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics coordination in an e-commerce environment., • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, capable of effectively juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting., • Advanced proficiency in Google Marketing Platform, Microsoft Excel, and other data analysis tools., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Collaborative team player with the ability to work seamlessly across departments., • Industry experience in housewares or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a plus.
