SUMMARY OF POSITION: This onsite supervisor is responsible for providing day-to-day direction to staff, clients and volunteers for the Coldwater House Program, that is in alignment with the mission "Restoring hope and changing lives". EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies required; or High School Diploma/GED and two (2) years of equivalent legal, administrative, or client service experience., • Notary Public License preferred; if not currently licensed, ability to obtain licensure within six (6) months of employment., • Knowledge of general legal office procedures, case management practices, and client intake processes., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and attorney schedules simultaneously., • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software systems., • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and community partners., • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive working relationships., • Ability to work independently and effectively in both office and remote work environments, including use of virtual communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom., • Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel to agency offices, schools, courts, and other locations as required., • Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse client populations., • Commitment to social justice and a passion for serving underprivileged communities.
