Job DescriptionThrive with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring for a Contract Administration Manager in Burbank, CA. As a Contract Administration Manager you will: Be able to provide high-level administrative support and will oversee the contract administration process for the above the line talent, ensuring compliance with company and guild policies. The teams handle all aspects of contact administration for television production. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills, outstanding judgment, proactive thinking and the ability to work with a high level of detail, while interfacing with a variety of team members. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills are required. A positive and professional demeanor under pressure are a must. • Manage and oversee the administration of the Above the Line Talent for multiple series in production, • Will handle creating payment schedules for our series writers, producers, directors., • Will book episodic directors for our episodic television series, • Drafting episodic director forms along with some light drafting, • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards., • Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement departments to ensure contract accuracy and completeness This is a full-time hybrid 7-month opportunity. Schedule: Monday-Thursday on-site in Burbank, CA and Fridays remotely from home. Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm PST. The ideal candidate must have: • Minimum of 3-5 years of business administration or relevant experience, preferably in Television production, • A strong understanding of business administration and or contract administration, • The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to function in a high-paced environment, • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and collaborative demeanor, • Excellent time management and the ability to multi task, • Ability to track and organize a large volume of data with the ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team environment, • Strong ability to identify, prioritize, and manage critical incoming projects, • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ideal candidate will be very detail oriented and a self starter, • Understanding of WGA, DGA and SAG-AFTRA rates, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate will liase with our current, production and finance executives and must have a professional demeanor, • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications:, • Experience with NetDocs, Airtable, Blast and SAP Concur highly preferred, • Accounting experience preferred Pay Rate: $38.00-$48.00 per hour DOE *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
