Job DescriptionFull-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician Property Management Company | Los Angeles County $18–$25/hour DOE + Benefits We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing property management team. residential and commercial properties throughout Los Angeles County and are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in quality work and excellent customer service. Responsibilities • Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner (AppFolio), • Perform basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains, disposals), • Perform basic electrical repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures), • Drywall repair, painting, and unit turnovers, • Appliance troubleshooting and replacement, • Preventive maintenance and property inspections, • Maintain clean and safe work areas, • Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and managementRequirements, • Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance or property maintenance experience preferred, • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairs, • Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation, • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not requiredCompensation & Benefits, • Competitive pay: $18–$25/hour DOETo Apply Please reply with: • Resume, • Phone number, • Years of maintenance experience, • Any certifications (HVAC, EPA, electrical, etc.), • Earliest available start dateWe are an equal opportunity employer and value professionalism, reliability, and teamwork.
