Job Description Client Relations Director - Full Time Positions Landmark is a North Texas-based provider of home infusion. We specialize in managing patients discharging from a variety of North Texas acute facilities (specifically hospitals & rehab hospitals) with IV anti-infective and TPN home infusion therapies. We are hiring a position for the North Dallas/Addison/Plano area and the Fort Worth area. This pay structure will be a base salary starting at $70,000 annually plus commission. Our home infusion business is expanding, and we are recruiting to evolve to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to join a homecare company in an exciting “growth” stage. The areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: • Obtains prescription orders by promoting the Company’s product lines and services to referral sources, customers, and patients, • Target, win, and cultivate relationships with hospital discharge staff (case managers, social workers, and discharge planners) for new home infusion orders., • Working on-site, in-person with hospital staff to bolster communication and gain business through home infusion discharge referrals., • Providing timely responses between hospital staff (case managers, physicians, and nurses), internal staff, and patients and keep Patient care team in sync., • Identifying “Barriers to Success” with the intake process., • Actively strategize ways and methods to identify decision makers, • Actively strategize ways and methods to acquire first and subsequent orders, • Actively strategize ways and methods to farm existing business for continual order flow, • Regularly contacts and visits Target Accounts, performing "quality" sales call to each targeted account, • Develops and implements programs to sell the Company’s line of businesses, including marketing material and education collateral, • Interfaces with referrals, patients, and fellow employees in the fulfillment of prescription orders, pushing for speed of execution and delivery, • Facilitates communication between a6 parties invoked in Patient care after delivery, • Troubleshoots problem orders with other employees, • Investigate incidents of underperformance or problems, • Manages Landmark employees in the servicing of patient and referral accounts, • Maintains daily notes on each referral activity in a form accessible to senior management, • Regularly Reports sales and business development activities to senior management, • Ensures the collection of reimbursement and compliance documents is completed in a timely manner, • Trains and educates other employees, referrals and Patients, • Deliver equipment and drugs and educate Patients as needed, • Promotes Landmark brand recognition through networking events, conferences or trade shows, • Maintains high knowledge of laws and regulations, both state and federal, related to the delivery of medical equipment prescription drugs, • Prior sales experience working specifically with hospital staff (however experience is not required), • High motivation and initiative to cultivate new business connections with hospital staff, • Excellent communication skills and ability to initiate conversations with external and internal parties, • Ability to work hard and self-manage in a fast-paced environment, • BSRN, RN, LVN, or Dietitian is a plus but not required, • Spotless background check, • Eligible to work in the United States, • Local candidates, • College or University degree, • Desire to grow personally and professionally, • Highly competitive profit-sharing commission, • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • 401(k) with 3% employer match (no vesting required) after 6 months, • Potential to earn Equity Options of company stock (100% locally owned by employees), • Personal Time Off (PTO) Days, • Vacation Days, • 9 Paid Company Holidays per year, • Vehicle Allowance, • Promotional Allowance, • Mobile Phone Allowance Interested candidates should email resume, cover letter and references.
