This role is less about traditional people management and more about owning high-priority strategic projects that span multiple departments and directly impact company performance. Key Responsibilities: • Lead large-scale, cross-functional financial projects from concept through execution, • Partner with leadership to drive profitability, performance improvement, and strategic decision-making, • Build and enhance financial models, reporting, and analytical frameworks, • Deliver deep, actionable insights to support business strategy and operational improvements, • Help professionalize and scale the FP&A function within a newly structured organization, • Collaborate across departments to solve complex, undefined business challenges, • Strong analytical horsepower with the ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems, • Experience in investment banking, consulting, or high-caliber FP&A environments, • Ability to operate independently and drive projects without a defined roadmap, • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in fast-paced environments, • Advanced Excel skills (required), • Experience with tools like Tableau or NetSuite is a plus, but not required, • Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from scratch, • Wants to move out of banking/consulting into an operational, strategic role, • Is motivated by impact, visibility, and rapid growth—not just title Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
