The Coach – Youth Sports will lead in teaching the assigned sport(s). The Coach is responsible for ensuring the safety of the students enrolled in his/her sport, must be knowledgeable about all aspects of coaching multiple age groups and must encourage the highest standards of conduct and scholastic achievement among all athletes. This part-time role may require evening and weekend availability. Job DescriptionDescription: POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Aquatics and Youth Sports Director of the East Orange YMCA, the Aquatics Coordinator will assist with the overall daily operation of the Aquatics Department. Major areas include, but are not limited to, coordinating staf f schedules, ensuring policies, and procedures are followed. The Aquatics Coordinator is required to assist in the operation of the aquatics programs in compliance with YMCA best practices.
