ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Keeps campers focused and engaged in camp activities. Assist Specialist during activity periods., • Consistently greet campers with a smile and treat them with enthusiasm., • Develop positive relationships with member families and learn why they come to our Y., • Learn camper’s names. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Conducts and guide the class participants to the successful completion of the activity., • Arrives at the classroom properly dressed prior to class to set up of class. The instructor will also put all equipment away and maintain the inventory in an orderly fashion., • Responsible for the well-being and safety of all participants in the class. Therefore, the Instructor will stand where he/she can see all participants. Any injuries or disciplinary problems will be reported to the director.
