Job Description Under the supervision of the Aquatic Director, Asst. Aquatic Director or Coordinator this person supervise the swim lessons, open swims, aquatic events, etc as assigned. This person is responsible for training and supporting the Aquatic Leadership team to ensure that the quality of the YMCA swim programs, guarding, and aquatic environment are in line with YMCA of MEWSA Aquatic policies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Have a complete understanding of the operations of the Aquatic Department., 2.
