At Talk Therapy Center, we: • Value each other as professionals, • Support each other’s growth, • Therapists match themselves with the right clients so they can do their best work Job Overview:Work Schedule & Pay * Full-time: 40 hours per week * Includes clinical, non-clinical, and clinical supervision * Hourly pay range: $18.50 – $21.50 per hour * Example: At $21.50/hour, annual base pay = $44,720 Clinical Session Requirement * Minimum of 25 therapy sessions per week (each 60 minutes) in order to transition into the full-time role. * Note: All associates start as “Piece Rate Workers” until they build up a full caseload and may be offered the “Full Time Benefitted” position if expectations are met. Commission Pay * Standard Commission: $16.50 per session (up to 25 sessions) * Bonus Commission: $55 per session for all sessions above 25 per week Important Rule * If the weekly session average drops below 25, bonus commission is paused * Bonus commission resumes once the 25-session average is regained Earning Examples * 25 sessions/week average * Hourly base pay: $44,720/year * Commission: $19,635/year * Total: $64,355/year * 30 sessions/week average * Base + commission: $64,355/year * 5 bonus commission sessions: $13,090/year * Total: $77,445/year Benefits * Benefits begin immediately * Opted-in insurance coverage begins the 1st of the following month * 401(k) matching and profit sharing available after 12 months and 1,000 hours worked

Job Description D1 Power Systems Corp. is looking for an Experienced Field Service/Install Technician to join our team. The Field Service/Install Technician will be based out of our Murrieta office and is responsible with on-site client installation (both large and small projects), repairs, and maintenance of their equipment. The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and excellent communication. He/she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service. Must have reliable vehicle. Responsibilities: • Support the client – Ability to conduct the necessary work whether it be a solo job or a crew and will be able to work independently on all network services and perform tests on equipment and circuits. Troubleshoot issues and resolve any requests or concerns that come up in a timely manner. Perform tests to ensure systems are error-free. Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines., • Equipment and service – Independently troubleshoot each problem and guide customers on how to properly use equipment. MUST be well versed or certified with at least 3 of the following systems. Bosch (Intrusion/Fire/Access Control), DMP (Intrusion/Fire Access Control), Lenel, Linear, Axis, Exacq, Honeywell. This includes the ability to perform new installs to running service calls.
