The Global Head of Advanced Analytics & Data Science (AA/DS) is a senior global leadership role responsible for scaling, governing, and commercializing Toluna’s advanced analytics, data science, and AI capabilities across the research business. This role exists to ensure that advanced analytics and AI are not fragmented or experimental, but instead embedded, standardized, and impactful across client delivery, product innovation, and commercial solutions. A core success factor for this role is being an exceptional people manager—able to lead, coach, and grow a diverse global team while creating clarity, consistency, and high engagement in a complex, fast-moving, matrixed environment. Set and own the global AA/DS strategy and roadmap, aligned with Toluna’s business, research, and AI priorities. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global AA/DS team, with strong emphasis on people management, engagement, career development, and succession planning. Establish and govern global methodological standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and appropriate risk management across advanced analytics and AI work. Oversee advanced analytics and AI delivery on complex or high-impact projects, ensuring outputs are robust, decision-ready, and commercially relevant. Standardize, automate, and productize analytics approaches, turning bespoke analyses into reusable tools, assets, and offerings. Manage global capacity and budget for the AA&DS team, balancing client delivery, innovation, and long-term capability building. Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). ~7-10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, marketing data science, or quantitative research, with at least 3–5 years in people leadership roles ~ Demonstrated success scaling analytics and AI capabilities in commercial, global environments. ~ Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior, non-technical audiences. ~ Advanced English is mandatory We offer competitive pay, great benefits, and plenty of opportunities to grow within our global team.
