You will be the first dedicated SIOP resource in AMER, responsible for building the regional SOP process from the ground up – starting with a focused pilot (one product group or production line) and expanding from there. You will work closely with the Global SIOP Director and receive direct coaching and methodology support from the EMEA team. /p pThis is not a maintenance role. The successful candidate is a process builder who can operate independently, drive cross-functional alignment in an environment where SOP is new, and lay the foundation for a broader AMER SIOP team. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning or SOP in a manufacturing or industrial environment /li liProven ability to build or significantly improve planning processes – not just operate them /li liExperience facilitating cross-functional SOP or consensus meetings (Sales, Finance, Operations) /li liStrong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ECC, BPCS, or SAP S/4HANA) – planning modules (MRP, demand management, PIR) /li liAdvanced Excel skills; comfort with data analysis and management reporting /li liStrong communication and influencing skills – able to drive change without direct authority /li liAbility to work independently in a pioneer role with limited local structure /li /ul pbLet’s Create Possibilities Together. /b /p pJoin a global community shaping the future of intelligent connectivity.
