We’re building a team of skilled and passionate Pilates instructors. Currently we are looking for an instructor to teach beginner and intermediate Pilates Reformer classes in the evenings (Mon–Fri) at the brand new Ladies-only studio in Estepona, Cloud 11. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, and movement, and be skilled in tailoring sessions to meet individual needs and goals. Responsibilities include guiding clients through Reformer-based exercises, providing modifications as needed, and promoting proper form and alignment to enhance results and prevent injury. Requirements: - Certified in Reformer Pilates from a recognized institution - Previous experience teaching Pilates to individuals and groups - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Conversational in English and Spanish languages. Punctuality and high organizational skills are crucial. Benefits: Unlimited access to coffee, water, and healthy snacks during the shifts. Uniform is provided.
