As a Client Advisor, you will act as a true Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional and personalized client experience while driving sales and building long-term relationships. You will guide clients through the entire selling ceremony, understanding their needs and offering styling advice to create a complete and memorable experience. With strong product knowledge and storytelling skills, you will inspire clients and promote the Brand’s values. Key Responsibilities • Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale, • Achieve individual and store sales targets, • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage CRM activities, • Provide personalized styling advice and promote total looks, • Develop strong product knowledge and stay updated on fashion trends, • Identify sales opportunities and confidently close sales, • Maintain high store standards and support visual merchandising, • Support operational tasks (stock, replenishment, transfers, inventory), • Collaborate with the team and actively participate in trainings and briefings Profile • +2 years of experience in fashion retail or luxury sales, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Passion for fashion and client experience, • Proactive, sales-driven, and team-oriented mindset, • Fluent in English and Spanish, • Other languages will be considered a strong asset.
