Your leadership will directly shape site culture, operational performance, and strategic execution. You’ll work across diverse functions to deliver sustainable solutions that advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. /ph3In This Role, You Will /h3ulliLead the Montmeló site with a strong focus on ethics, safety, high performance, and operational excellence. /liliDevelop and execute the annual operating plan in alignment with the business’ AOP and functional operations requirements. /liliManage, coach, and develop the plant and functional teams, fostering engagement, talent growth, and accountability. /liliOversee annual site planning activities including budgeting, capital expenditure planning, performance reviews, organizational design, and talent review processes. /liliDrive the site’s manufacturing performance across HSE, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Capital, Continuous Improvement, Asset Efficiency, and Organizational Development. /liliBuild and strengthen functional excellence through collaboration with HSE, Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Operations Excellence, and other Centers of Excellence. /liliFoster strong cross‑functional collaboration with supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing technology to ensure seamless operations and on-time customer delivery. /liliPartner effectively with business and commercial teams, demonstrating a business-driven mindset and a “one team” collaborative approach. /liliSupport CAPEX initiatives related to continuous improvement, maintenance, and capacity expansion. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications That Enable Your Success /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, polymers, materials, or related field /lili10+ years’ experience in manufacturing leadership and 15+ years overall in chemical or related industrial operations /liliProven track record of successful career development in manufacturing or engineering roles /liliProcess Safety experience required /liliStrong people leadership skills with experience driving team development, performance, and engagement /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliHigh level of self‑motivation, urgency, and attention to detail /liliStrong proficiency in Spanish and English.
