We’re building a fast-growing voice AI company and expanding across EMEA. About the role We’re hiring two SDRs to help drive pipeline across EMEA. One role requires English + Spanish . One role requires English + German . You’ll be identifying prospects, starting conversations, qualifying interest, and turning activity into real opportunities. You’ll work with both direct sales and partners, and you’ll play a meaningful role in how we build pipeline in the region. This is a strong fit for someone who likes outreach, learns fast, and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment. What you’ll do Prospect target accounts, partners, and decision-makers across EMEA Run outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels Qualify inbound and outbound leads Create real sales opportunities from prospecting activity Book meetings for the sales team and partners Keep CRM records clean and up to date Research verticals, companies, and partner segments Follow up consistently and professionally Contribute to messaging, outreach ideas, and prospecting best practices Work closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams What we’re looking for Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English + Spanish or English + German Confidence speaking with decision-makers by phone and video Strong outbound mindset and willingness to prospect actively Organized, proactive, and resilient approach to work Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment Comfort with targets, metrics, and accountability Ability to work in a hybrid on-site setup in Barcelona Poblenou Nice to have Experience in SDR / BDR / inside sales / lead generation, ideally in SaaS or technology Experience selling to SMB or mid-market businesses Experience with partner-led or channel-led sales motions Exposure to AI, SaaS, communications, CX, or automation solutions Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools Why join Newo Early-stage role with real ownership Product with clear and immediate customer value Exposure to multiple EMEA markets Fast learning curve and room to grow Direct impact on pipeline and revenue creation
