We're now hiring a Product Owner (Apps) to lead the execution rhythm inside one of our app squads — ensuring projects move fast, decisions stay aligned with strategy, and the roadmap directly drives business results. You'll be the heartbeat of the squad: translating ideas into deliverables, coordinating teams, tracking progress in Notion, and keeping everyone accountable. WHAT YOU'LL OWN (Your Mission) • Squad Execution:, • Lead your app squad — organize sprints, manage the backlog, and ensure deliverables are on track., • Own Notion, Jira (or equivalent), and stand-ups to guarantee operational clarity., • Roadmap Management:, • Translate product and business goals into an actionable, prioritized roadmap., • Work with UX, Dev, and Analytics to scope, estimate, and prioritize features., • Alignment & Communication:, • Keep everyone aligned — from designers to developers to stakeholders., • Ensure every team member knows what's next, why it matters, and how it ties to OKRs., • Delivery Quality:, • Review releases, test new features, and ensure they meet functional and UX standards., • Monitor rollout impact via Firebase, Amplitude, or Looker dashboards., • Data-Driven Execution:, • Partner with the Product Analyst to understand what features drive impact., • Turn metrics (retention, conversion, LTV, churn) into action plans for the squad., • Continuous Improvement:, • Clear, updated Notion and roadmap — everyone knows priorities, owners, and deadlines., • Consistent delivery rhythm — sprints run smoothly, releases are shipped on time., • Improved collaboration flow between design, dev, and analytics., • Every feature shipped is tied to an OKR or measurable KPI., • Manage daily stand-ups, weekly sprint planning, and retrospectives., • Update and maintain the squad's backlog and roadmap in Notion., • Align feature requirements with the Product Lead or CEO., • Coordinate dependencies with UX/UI, developers, and data., • Test and validate releases before and after deployment., • Document features, learnings, and post-release analysis. Please apply only if you meet all of them. • 2–4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager in a tech or mobile app environment., • Strong organizational and execution skills — you know how to run sprints, maintain roadmaps, and manage delivery., • Familiar with agile frameworks (scrum, kanban) and comfortable adapting them to startup speed., • Proven experience working with cross-functional squads (UX/UI, dev, data, marketing)., • Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycles — releases, analytics, store updates, versioning., • Analytical mindset — comfortable reading dashboards (Amplitude, Firebase, Looker) and turning insights into action., • Excellent communication and prioritization skills., • Experience in consumer subscription apps or digital products with monetization funnels., • Basic technical literacy (APIs, SDKs, releases)., • Experience working with Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or BigQuery., • Understanding of A/B testing, OKRs, or retention/monetization metrics., • Prior exposure to design tools (Figma) or analytics (Looker)., • Structure: Each app squad = Product Owner, UX/UI Lead, Developers, Product Analyst, Growth., • Stack: Notion, Figma, Firebase, Amplitude, Looker, BigQuery, Slack., • Cadence: Weekly sprints, clear metrics, low bureaucracy, high velocity.
