Your work combines design, branding, and content production across formats and channels: campaigns, paid media, social, digital product surfaces, editorial, and physical materials for events. /p pWe’ve been relying on stock images and generic visuals, and your job is to change that: you bring us a steady stream of original content and well‑designed pieces that capture who Service Club really is, what it represents, and what it actually feels like to work through our partners on the ground. /p pThis is a hands‑on creator‑designer role: you are behind the camera, on the edit timeline, and in Figma and the Adobe suite, with a healthy weekly velocity of new work shipped. You work inside the brand direction and visual system, and you are accountable for the craft and consistency of everything that goes out. AI tooling (Midjourney, image and video AI, Claude Code, Cowork) is a core part of how you accelerate ideation, production, and post‑production. /p pWe’ll back you with the budget, kit, tools, autonomy, and trust you need to make confident calls, and you bring the results to take Service Club to the next level. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul libContent Ownership and Multi‑Format Design: /b Plan, shoot, and edit original photo and digital assets including campaign creatives, social graphics, landing pages, emails, and pitch decks. /li libData‑Driven Iteration: /b Build creative variants (hooks, CTAs) for A/B testing and optimize layouts based on performance signals. /li libPerformance Tracking: /b Track asset performance, document output velocity, and share weekly written updates. /li libContent Drumbeat: /b Plan and ship platform‑native organic content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn) at a high weekly velocity. /li libTrend Monitoring: /b Flag relevant creative and visual trends in coordination with the Communications Manager. /li libOffline Touchpoints: /b Design signage, print pieces, and recruitment kits for physical events and career fairs. /li libEnd-to-End Execution: /b Independently manage camera, lighting, audio, Figma, Adobe suite, and all post‑production workflows. /li libTalent Direction: /b Brief and manage external freelancers, translators, or creators when shoots exceed personal capacity. /li libScale with AI: /b Leverage modern AI tools (Midjourney, video generators) to multiply throughput and accelerate workflows without dropping the craft bar. /li /ul h3What You Need /h3 ul libExperience: /b 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in visual/content design and photo‑video production for brands.
