Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Be part of an international team, thrive in a global group with a €800M turnover and over 1,000 clients worldwide, and an agile environment. ✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ • Junior professional with 1-2 years of experience (entry-level or early career)., • Strong SQL skills — mandatory (writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries)., • Basic exposure to ERP or business applications (a plus, but not required)., • Eagerness to learn and grow in SQL, databases, and BI tools., • Ability to work with structured data and solve query-related issues efficiently., • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail., • Fluent in Spanish, with excellent written and spoken communication skills., • Interest in both technical troubleshooting and understanding business processes., • Availability to work 1 day per week in the office (Madrid) — hybrid role. 👉 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? • Manage and resolve support tickets, addressing both technical and business-related queries., • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, update, and validate data for reporting and operations., • Perform data import/export, file handling, and database updates to support business needs., • Troubleshoot and diagnose root causes of data or process issues, delivering fast and effective solutions., • Provide Level 2 support for business applications, ensuring smooth operation of critical processes., • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and suggest process improvements., • Gradually build expertise in business workflows, reporting logic, and data analysis., • Contribute to optimizing data handling and reporting processes for greater efficiency. 🚀 WHY US? 🚀 Join our dynamic team of talented people and discover a world full of growth and opportunity.
