Role overview We are looking for a Senior Logistics Scheduler to join the Supply Chain team, which sits within Commercial Integration in the Trading area. This role is responsible for translating the mid-term logistics plan into a detailed, executable daily schedule, ensuring reliable product movements, continuity of supply, and optimal use of logistics assets. You will operate at the core of daily operations, continuously adjusting the schedule based on operational and commercial deviations, ensuring execution remains aligned with plan and contractual commitments. Key responsibilities • Build and maintain a rolling daily logistics schedule (up to ~6 weeks) based on the mid-term plan, • Translate planning targets into concrete daily movements, defining volumes, products, routes, and timing, • Coordinate product movements across pipelines, terminals, and marine operations, ensuring alignment with operational constraints, • Prioritize and sequence movements when facing capacity constraints or competing demands, • Monitor daily execution, identify deviations (delays, volume gaps, incidents), and adjust the schedule to maintain supply continuity, • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely execution and issue resolution, • Escalate structural issues when deviations cannot be solved within the short-term schedule, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in scheduling systems and tools, • Communicate daily updates, priorities, and changes to relevant stakeholders, • Contribute to improving scheduling processes by providing operational insights and feedback Requirements • 5+ years of experience in logistics scheduling, operational planning, or supply chain coordination, • Experience in energy, oil & gas, or similar industries, • Strong understanding of logistics operations (pipelines, terminals, vessels), • Knowledge of capacity constraints and sequencing logic in complex logistics networks, • Experience working with scheduling and planning systems Nice to have • Knowledge of pricing, trading, or market dynamics, • Experience with Exolum operations, nomination processes, or terminal coordination Education & languages • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar, • English (C1) and Spanish (native or fluent) Profile • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, • Able to operate under pressure and time-sensitive environments, • Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders, • Practical, solution-oriented mindset with focus on execution and delivery Why join Moeve • Be part of a company actively transforming its operations towards a more sustainable energy model, • Work in a high-impact operational role at the core of supply chain execution, • Exposure to complex logistics networks and real-time decision-making, • International company with scale, stability, and long-term vision
