Eres una persona organizada, resolutiva y cercana al equipo y al cliente. Aportas al menos 3 años de experiencia en sala, y has gestionado equipos con éxito. Dispones de flexibilidad horaria, incluyendo turnos partidos si es necesario. No tienes inconveniente en trabajar en el centro de Barcelona. 💼 Qué ofrecemos: Contrato indefinido desde el inicio. Jornada completa. 25.800 € brutos anuales fijos. Propinas mensuales entre 100 € y 250 € netos aprox. (según local). Plan de incentivos mensuales por objetivos. Promoción interna real y posibilidad de crecer rápidamente.
