We Are Hiring: Senior Graphic Designer Your Role As a Senior Graphic Designer at Spoki, you will bring our brand to life across social media, digital campaigns, and marketing assets.Your main focus will be to create on-brand visual content (static and simple motion) for our digital channels, maintain a consistent visual identity, and experiment with AI tools to boost quality and speed of production.You’ll work closely with the marketing team, turning briefs and ideas into clear, attractive visuals that support our growth in the conversational commerce space. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Campaign Design: Create compelling visuals for organic and paid campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Brand Consistency: Apply and protect Spoki’s visual identity across all assets, ensuring coherence in layouts, typography, color, and iconography. AI-Powered Creation: Experiment with AI tools (for images, video, and content workflows n8n) to generate concepts, explore variations, and optimize production. Digital Assets Production: Design graphics for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, and in-platform visuals when needed. Collaboration with Marketing: Work hand in hand with the marketing team to understand goals, audiences, and messages, and translate them into effective visual solutions. Asset Management: Organize and maintain design files, templates, and visual systems to make production more efficient. Experience & Skills 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or SaaS/B2B environments (or a portfolio that shows equivalent experience). Strong portfolio showing social media design, campaign assets, and solid visual taste (composition, typography, color, iconography). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator) and proficiency with Figma. Genuine curiosity and interest in AI tools applied to design (image generation, video, automation, etc.). Understanding of digital marketing basics and how creatives impact performance (CTR, engagement, conversions). Ability to work from a brief, respect deadlines, and iterate based on feedback. Competitive Compensation: Gross salary ranging from €30,000 to €37,000/year , with performance-based adjustments, commensurate with experience. Work Policy for Barcelona This is a on site position based at the Aticco Bogatell coworking space in Barcelona. Employees working from the Barcelona office must spend 1 full week at the San Vito dei Normanni (Italy) office every 2 months (i.e., at least 6 times per year). The travel schedule will be defined in agreement with the manager. Expenses: 100% of travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed by Spoki.
