As an Expert Sales Account Manager (EPC) for Yokogawa in Spain, you will be instrumental in driving sustainable business growth by leading the development and management of strategic EPC key accounts. You will be responsible for orchestrating complex EPC project pursuits that encompass Yokogawa's comprehensive portfolio of products, systems, and digital enterprise solutions (DES). Your leadership will ensure long-term relationships with EPCs, crafting and executing integrated commercial strategies that align with Yokogawa’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of strategic planning, relationship building, and project oversight. You will act as the primary commercial interface for assigned EPC customers, defining and executing strategic account plans to foster sustainable growth. This includes understanding the evolving needs of EPCs and tailoring Yokogawa’s offerings to meet their specific project requirements. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the entire EPC project lifecycle – from early engagement through bidding and execution. A significant part of your role will be promoting synergy sales across Yokogawa's diverse offerings, supporting large project ecosystems, and mapping stakeholders to uncover additional opportunities with EPCs, OEMs, integrators, and end users. You will also dedicate time to monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activities, and preparing sales forecasts and progress reports to inform strategic decision-making. Navigating the complexities of large-scale EPC projects, ensuring all Yokogawa offerings are integrated seamlessly. → Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders within EPC organizations, from project managers to engineering teams and consultants. → Managing intricate contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for Yokogawa. You possess an excellent understanding of the EPC project lifecycle and can confidently navigate complex commercial and technical discussions. You are fluent in both Spanish and English, allowing you to engage effectively with our diverse customer base and global teams. Manage and develop relationships with key EPC accounts, acting as their primary commercial interface. → Define and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities. → Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within EPCs, including project managers, engineering teams, and consultants. → Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. → Prepare regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and analysis to track business performance. → Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities targeted at EPCs. → Actively promote synergy sales across Yokogawa Products, Solutions, and Services. A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field; a Master’s degree is a plus. → A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably with experience in the EPC business. → A proven track record of managing customer relationships and successfully winning projects with EPCs. → Good knowledge of Instrumentation, Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES), and Systems. → Excellent understanding of the EPC project lifecycle, from design to commissioning. → Experience with complex contract negotiation. → Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). → Willingness to travel to meet clients and oversee project sites. --- As we continue to expand our footprint and innovate within the industrial automation sector, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory with key EPC partners.
