Regional ERP Change and Deployment Lead - Freelance Start Date: Immediate Location: Nantes Travel: Hybrid - 4 days per week onsite / 1 day remote Duration: 6 months + extensions Responsibilities: ERP Deployment, Testing & Stabilization • Conduct operational audits across agencies to validate ERP configurations against real business processes and field operations., • Design, execute, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using realistic business scenarios., • Assess and validate system readiness through Go/No-Go evaluations, identifying and classifying issues as Blocking, Major, or Minor., • Produce clear, actionable testing reports highlighting operational impacts and recommendations., • Collaborate with integrators, Finance teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical configurations and operational requirements. Training, Change Management & Adoption • Assess user adoption levels and change readiness using ADKAR methodologies., • Identify resistance to change and implement targeted adoption strategies., • Develop and deliver user-focused training materials and knowledge transfer programs., • Facilitate on-site and remote training sessions for agency and regional teams., • Coach managers and key stakeholders to promote ERP adoption and reinforce new ways of working., • Identify, engage, and support local champions and super-users to drive successful deployment. Go-Live & Hypercare Support • Provide hands-on support during go-live activities, assisting users with initial transactions and operational processes., • Monitor adoption, user engagement, system utilization, and support ticket trends during hypercare periods., • Proactively identify operational risks, user challenges, and resistance patterns, implementing corrective actions as needed., • Document lessons learned, best practices, and deployment improvements to support future rollout waves., • Act as the key liaison between business users, Finance teams, project leadership, and implementation partners throughout deployment activities. Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement • Build trusted relationships across agencies, shared service centers, Finance teams, and project leadership., • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., • Provide field feedback and operational insights to support program decision-making and continuous process improvement., • Contribute to the successful adoption of Finance, Purchasing, and Management Control processes across the organization. Requirements: Experience & Technical Skills • Proven experience supporting ERP implementation, deployment, or transformation programs., • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and finance operations., • Hands-on experience with ERP User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario creation, execution, defect management, and issue prioritization., • Experience with SAGE, Oracle Cloud, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms., • Ability to analyze business processes and interpret process flows (BPMN or equivalent)., • Understanding of Finance, Purchasing, and Management Control processes., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables., • Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365 applications., • Familiarity with change management methodologies; ADKAR experience is preferred.
