Location: Paris, France (national travel required) Employment Type: Full-time Company: Confidential – Global Electric Vehicle Manufacturer About the Opportunity • A fast-growing, innovation-led global electric vehicle manufacturer is accelerating its expansion across Europe, building a next-generation retail and service network to support a rapidly growing all-electric product portfolio., • To support this ambitious journey, we are looking for a Network Development Manager for France to lead dealer network expansion and optimisation across one of Europe’s most strategic automotive markets. The Role • This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial position responsible for shaping the brand’s retail footprint in France. You will lead the identification, appointment, and development of new dealer partners while ensuring that existing partners meet evolving franchise and brand standards., • You will act as the architect of the French dealer network, balancing growth speed with quality, brand integrity, and long-term commercial performance. Key Responsibilities • Define and execute the national dealer network expansion strategy for France., • Identify, evaluate, and appoint new retail and service partners in line with market coverage plans., • Lead partner negotiations, onboarding, and franchise contracting processes., • Implement and continuously evolve franchise criteria, facility standards, and operational requirements., • Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints — sales, service, digital, and customer experience., • Monitor partner compliance and lead performance improvement actions where needed., • Act as the main point of contact for dealer principals and senior management teams., • Support partners in commercial ramp-up, EV readiness, and customer journey excellence., • Drive best-practice sharing across the French network., • Work closely with Sales, After Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless market execution., • Support national go-to-market strategies, including new model launches and network readiness., • Track competitive network strategies, retail format evolution, and regulatory trends in France., • Provide structured market feedback to European headquarters on dealer expectations and barriers to entry. Ideal Profile • We are seeking someone who combines deep French market knowledgewith a modern, entrepreneurial mindset., • Fluent in French with strong business English., • Well connected in the French automotive retail ecosystem., • Commercially sharp and relationship-driven — able to engage credibly with dealer principals and investor groups., • Entrepreneurial and adaptable — comfortable building structures in a fast-scaling organisation., • Hands-on and pragmatic — able to move from strategy to execution without friction. Your Background • Proven experience in: Dealer network development / Franchise management /. Retail expansion / OEM network operations, • Solid understanding of the French automotive distribution model, including legal and regulatory frameworks., • Experience in EV, mobility, or digitally enabled retail models is a strong advantage.
