Role Overview This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of imported vehicles from port to dealership, ensuring: • smooth customs clearance, • efficient transport coordination, • accurate dealer order tracking, • optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance Responsabilies: 1. Port Operations Management • Monitor ETA / ETD of vessels, • Coordinate with port agents and terminals, • Oversee unloading and yard operations (PDI if applicable), • Manage disruptions (vessel delays, congestion) 2. Customs Clearance & Compliance • Prepare and validate customs documentation, • Ensure regulatory compliance, • Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers, • Monitor clearance timelines 3. Inland Transport Coordination • Plan transport to dealerships, • Optimize routes (cost vs time), • Manage transport providers 4. Dealer Order Tracking • Ensure end-to-end visibility, • Communicate ETA, • Manage urgent requests 5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Track KPIs, • Produce reports Utilize data analysis tools to provide professional support and solutions from a logistics perspective for the business decisions (such as sales forecasting and market activity support). • Analyze gaps 6. Issue & Incident Management • Handle delays, damages, errors, • Point of contact with the dealers to manage their expectations 7. Cost Control: • responsible for the budget management of overseas logistics costs, review of planning schemes, organizing tenders, and cost reduction & efficiency improvement initiatives., • Reduce unit costs by optimizing transportation routes, packaging solutions, and management models. 8. Continuous Improvement • Optimize flows and reduce costs of logistics suppliers 9- Company’s vehicle logistics • Handle vehicle registration and license plate issuance., • Manage and dispatch exhibition vehicles as required by other departments, • Provide logistics services for used vehicles., • Provide support for other logistics-related needs of the team, such as transportation of display sample vehicles, venue distribution, and transportation of training materials.
