Apprentice life insurance call handler

As a part of the Call Handler team, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with new customers across all of our service lines.
This role is to bring in customers to help meet our client’s needs as well as working alongside businesses.
You will work with data provided to make outbound calls to customers - talking to businesses will also be involved
To handle inbound calls
Scripts and Criteria will be provided to work from
Keeping records of calls and recording relevant information
Eventually working towards weekly and monthly pre-set targets
Reporting back daily
Developing a rapport with customers and clients
General administration duties

Salary: £175.00-£250.00 per week
