Care Coordinator

Your Role as a Care Coordinator with us: Assigning care workers to service users adhering to AAH policies and principles. Liaising with & providing support to Care Supervisors. Responsible for data input relating to specified area as changes occur. Ensuring holiday/sickness and emergency calls are assigned. Updating records of service users & care workers. Preparation of reports as required. General Admin Duties. Assist with the running of the out of hours service. Hours currently available as a Care Coordinator: 20 hrs + Overtime. Requirements to work with us as a Care Coordinator: 1yrs+ Healthcare Admin Experience. Excellent computer skills. Good planning & organisational skills. Ability to work with change. Must have the right to work within the UK. Must be able to drive & hold a Full clean UK driving licence. Have a compassionate nature with the ability to work with patience & understanding.
