We are looking for a qualified cook who will prepare delicious dishes, following the recipes from our menu. The candidate must use their cooking skills to complete all orders quickly and efficiently. The applicant will be required to perform their duties as a team with the rest of the restaurant staff, adhere to sanitation standards.

We are hiring creative, food loving, brunch chef/cook, in our coffee shop in Fulham, SW6. 3 days in Fulham 1 day in Kingston about 30 hours. Daytime shifts only Join us to express your creativity cooking brunch and baking.

Your average day starts at 6am - an easy commute to West Dulwich is therefore imperative. You start the day baking focaccia, prepping sandwiches for both sites. Prep for lunch service (we make every thing fresh every day, small batches) and run service with a KP. You're out the door at 3pm! Occasional evenings for special events. You must have experience with focaccia and pizza. You must enjoy making simple recipes and following instructions. Our team is friendly and easy going but we our standards are high. You will work closely with the chef and have opportunities to be creative.

We are seeking a senior pizza chef with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have: • Expertise in making dough from scratch, • Skill in preparing sauces and toppings, • Ability to stretch pizza by hand, • Experience with both gas and electric ovens, • Competence in stock take, • Ability to thrive in busy service environments You will work under the guidance of the head chef and executive chef. This is a full-time position, requiring 40-45 hours of work per week.
