We are looking for a chef to join our team at Nedes
2 days/week, on Wednesdays and Sundays.
You will be responsible for:
Cooking a wide range of ingredients according to recipes (preparing and cooking meat, fish, vegetables, marinades)
Building and monitoring the HACCP plan
Ensuring proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen including ensuring temperature records and food labelling are maintained and up to date.

Must have comprehensive cooking skills and technical knowledge
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
Someone who is proactive and energetic
Required education, skills, experience:
Experience working in a commercial kitchen
Experience setting up HACCP
Food & Hygiene Safety Level 2 certification
Right to work in the UK
